Account

Registration is free and takes under two minutes. Visit the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a password, verify your number via a one-time SMS PIN and your account is immediately active. No documents are required at registration stage. See the full guide on the Register page.

No — each person is permitted exactly one TrueWin account. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all accounts being permanently suspended. If you cannot access your existing account, contact support@truewin.ws rather than creating a new one. Our team will help you recover access.

Mobile number changes require identity verification to protect your account. Email support@truewin.ws with your current registered number and the new number you want to link. Our team will verify both are in your name before processing the change. This typically takes a few hours. We do not make this change automatically to prevent unauthorised access.

The fastest route is the Mobile OTP login — you sign in with just your mobile number and a PIN sent by SMS, no password needed at all. If you want to reset your password, tap "Forgot password?" on the login form, enter your registered mobile number, enter the PIN you receive and set a new password (minimum 8 characters including a number).

You must be 18 years old or older to register and play on TrueWin. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. TrueWin verifies age and will permanently close any account found to belong to a player under 18, with immediate return of deposited real-money funds. Email support@truewin.ws with a request to close your account. Our team will verify your identity, process any remaining real-money balance as a withdrawal to your registered payment method and then permanently close the account. If you are closing your account due to concerns about gaming, please read about our self-exclusion options which may be more appropriate than full closure.
Deposits

TrueWin accepts the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no currency conversions, no dollar rates and no hidden exchange fees. The currency on TrueWin is exclusively PKR.

The minimum deposit on TrueWin is Rs 200. This is deliberately low so players can try the platform without committing a large amount. There is no hard maximum set by TrueWin, though your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may have its own daily transaction limits. If you need to make a large deposit and are hitting a limit, contact support@truewin.ws for assistance.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are instant. Your TrueWin balance updates within seconds of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's end. IBFT bank transfers may take between 2–10 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed. Card deposits are typically processed within 1–3 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 15 minutes, contact support@truewin.ws with your transaction reference number.

TrueWin does not charge any deposit fees. If you deposit Rs 1,000, Rs 1,000 appears in your TrueWin balance — no platform deduction. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transfer charges at their end — these vary by provider and are outside TrueWin's control. Check your provider's fee schedule for details on their end.

First, wait 15 minutes — some bank transfers take a little time. If it still hasn't appeared, email support@truewin.ws with: (1) your registered TrueWin mobile number, (2) the exact deposit amount, (3) the date and time of the transaction, and (4) the transaction reference number from your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank app. With these details our team can trace your deposit and credit it to your account promptly. Please do not make a second deposit before your first has been resolved.
Withdrawals

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within minutes — typically under 5 minutes for most players. Withdrawals to NayaPay and SadaPay are usually processed within 10–15 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) can take up to 1 working day depending on your bank. All withdrawal requests received during business hours are prioritised. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact support@truewin.ws.

The minimum withdrawal on TrueWin is Rs 500. There is no maximum set by TrueWin for standard withdrawals, though some payment providers have their own daily receiving limits. If you need to withdraw a large amount and are experiencing any issues, contact support@truewin.ws — we will help you find the most efficient route.

TrueWin does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. If you request a Rs 5,000 withdrawal, Rs 5,000 goes to your Easypaisa or JazzCash account. Your payment provider may apply receiving charges on their end — this is uncommon with mobile wallets but possible with some bank accounts. Check your provider's policy if you are unsure.

For standard withdrawals below a certain threshold, TrueWin processes payments without additional verification. For larger withdrawals, TrueWin may request a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) before processing. This is standard industry practice to verify the account holder's identity and prevent fraud. If your withdrawal triggers a verification request, our support team will contact you with clear instructions on what to provide.

As a general rule, TrueWin requires withdrawals to be processed back to the same payment method used for deposits. This is standard compliance practice. If your original payment account is no longer active (e.g. you have changed your Easypaisa number), contact support@truewin.ws before requesting a withdrawal. The team will guide you through the process with the appropriate verification steps.

Bonuses

TrueWin offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first deposit. The exact terms — including the bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit and wagering requirements — are set by the active promotion at the time of your registration. A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of your bonus before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means you need to wager Rs 5,000 in total before withdrawing any bonus-derived winnings. Your real-money balance is always separate — you can withdraw your real money at any time without meeting bonus wagering requirements. Only bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering. Yes, all bonuses on TrueWin have an expiry period. The timeframe varies by offer — some expire in 7 days, others in 30 days. Your account dashboard shows the exact expiry date for each active bonus. Unused bonuses and bonus-derived winnings that have not met their wagering requirements before expiry are forfeited automatically. Check your dashboard regularly to keep track of your active bonuses.

In most cases, once a bonus has been accepted and credited to your account, it cannot be reversed mid-play. However, if you have accepted a bonus but have not yet started wagering on it, contact support@truewin.ws and the team will consider your request. If you prefer not to receive bonus offers at all, you can opt out of marketing communications in your account settings. Your real-money balance is always yours regardless of bonus status.
Betting Odds & Esports

Yes — TrueWin offers live cricket betting with ball-by-ball markets. Odds update continuously during live matches including PSL games, international cricket and domestic tournaments. You can bet on match winners, over totals, next wicket, team scores, player performances and more — all in PKR. Markets open before the match and stay live through to the final ball. TrueWin's esports betting section covers all major titles including CS2, Dota 2, VALORANT, Mobile Legends, League of Legends and other top competitive games. Markets available include match winner, map handicap, first blood, total maps and more depending on the tournament. All esports betting is in PKR. New markets are added regularly as major tournaments run through the year — check the Esports Betting page for the current live and upcoming matches.

TrueWin displays all odds in decimal format. This is the most straightforward format — the number shown is your total return for every Rs 1 wagered, including your original stake. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you bet Rs 100, your total return if you win is Rs 250 (your Rs 100 stake plus Rs 150 profit). Odds of 1.50 on a Rs 100 bet returns Rs 150 (Rs 50 profit). The higher the odds number, the higher the potential return — and the less likely the outcome according to the market.

If a match is officially cancelled or abandoned before reaching the minimum completion threshold defined in TrueWin's betting rules, your bet stake is returned in full to your TrueWin balance. Markets that have already been settled before an abandonment (for example, first innings scores) are not affected and remain settled as per the result. Security

Yes. TrueWin uses 256-bit TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and TrueWin's servers — the same standard used by banks in Pakistan. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text, meaning even TrueWin staff cannot see your password. Account activity is monitored around the clock for unusual login patterns, multiple failed attempts and suspicious transaction behaviour. If anomalies are detected, accounts are temporarily locked and the registered mobile number is notified.

Never. TrueWin will not ask for your password, your OTP or your full financial details via SMS, email, chat or any other channel. If you receive any message appearing to be from TrueWin that asks for these details, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Report it immediately to support@truewin.ws so we can investigate and alert other players if necessary. Your only communication from TrueWin will be OTP PINs sent to your registered number — and those are only sent when you request a login or password reset.

A few simple steps keep your account secure: (1) Use a password you don't use on any other platform. (2) Never share your login credentials with anyone — including family. (3) Prefer the OTP login method, which requires physical access to your phone. (4) Always log out on shared or borrowed devices. (5) Keep your registered mobile number's SIM in your possession — your OTP goes to that number. If you ever suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support@truewin.ws immediately and ask for an emergency account lock.
Responsible Gaming

TrueWin provides a full set of responsible gaming tools accessible from every account: deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly), loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 7 days), self-exclusion (30 days to permanent) and reality checks (in-session pop-ups showing your time played and balance). Log in → Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose your period: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or permanent. Confirm and your account is suspended immediately — access blocked, all marketing stopped. Alternatively, email support@truewin.ws with "Self-Exclusion Request" as the subject and your preferred period — the team will apply it within minutes. Any genuine real-money PKR balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion is yours and will be returned to your registered payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account). Active bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that haven't met their wagering requirements are forfeited — this is standard. Your real money comes back to you without any deduction. If you need help confirming your balance before excluding, contact support@truewin.ws.

The most direct route is to encourage the person to contact TrueWin support themselves and request self-exclusion. If they are willing but don't know how, they can simply email support@truewin.ws with "Self-Exclusion Request" — the team will handle everything from there without requiring any paperwork.
