Enter the PIN and Sign In

If you want to reset your password, tap "Forgot password?" below the password field, enter your registered mobile number and follow the OTP reset instructions. Your new password must be at least 8 characters and include a number.

First, make sure you are entering the correct mobile number — the exact number you registered with, including the correct format (e.g. 03001234567). Check that your phone has SMS reception and is not in flight mode. If the OTP still hasn't arrived after 30 seconds, tap "Resend PIN" to request a new one. If you continue to have trouble, contact TrueWin support at support@truewin.ws with your registered mobile number and our team will assist you.

TrueWin locks accounts after multiple consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. If your account is locked, you will receive an SMS notification. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the OTP login method to bypass the lockout.
