TrueWin Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

By accessing, registering on or using the TrueWin platform at truewin.ws (referred to throughout these Terms as "TrueWin", "the platform", "we" or "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you", "your account") and TrueWin.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your use of TrueWin. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by TrueWin, including but not limited to: real-money casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, poker variants, jackpot slots, fishing games, esports betting and any other gaming products that may be added to the TrueWin platform from time to time.

To register and maintain an account on TrueWin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. TrueWin does not knowingly permit minors to register or play. Age verification may be requested at any point and failure to provide satisfactory verification will result in account suspension.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information at registration including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
• You must not already hold an existing TrueWin account. Only one account per person is permitted — this applies regardless of device, phone number, household address or payment method.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that applies to TrueWin, including voluntary self-exclusion lists maintained by the platform.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your TrueWin account. This responsibility cannot be transferred or delegated to another person under any circumstances.

• Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept confidential. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access your account under any circumstances.
• TrueWin is not responsible for any loss or harm resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact TrueWin support immediately at support@truewin.ws.
• All bets and transactions placed while you are logged into your account are your responsibility, even if they were placed without your knowledge due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• You must not use your TrueWin account on behalf of any third party. Your account is for your personal use only.
• Your account balance is held on your behalf and is not a bank deposit. TrueWin does not pay interest on account balances.
• Inactive accounts — those with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve months — may be subject to administrative fees as notified by TrueWin. You will always be informed before any dormancy fees are applied.

All financial transactions on TrueWin are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). TrueWin does not process transactions in any other currency.

TrueWin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general principles apply to all TrueWin bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each bonus are stated explicitly when the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unmet wagering requirements and any remaining bonus balance will be removed from your account on the expiry date if conditions have not been met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• TrueWin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses they have already accepted.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Accounts found systematically exploiting bonus offers or behaving in ways inconsistent with genuine recreational play will have bonus eligibility reviewed and may be restricted from future promotions.
• Free spins awards are subject to the same principles — winnings from free spins may carry wagering requirements as stated at the time of the award.

TrueWin is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All TrueWin games use independently certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Outcomes are statistically random and no outcome is predetermined or influenced by TrueWin's commercial interests in any given result.

• The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for all slot and casino games is published and accurate. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages across all players and do not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.
• All bets accepted on TrueWin are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform. Technical malfunctions that affect the settlement of a bet may result in the bet being voided and stakes refunded at TrueWin's discretion.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's screen and what is recorded on TrueWin's servers, the server-side record shall be considered authoritative.
• TrueWin reserves the right to void bets that were placed under conditions that constitute an obvious error — for example, clearly incorrect odds published due to a technical error. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TrueWin. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Cheating and collusion: Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, chip dumping or any coordinated activity designed to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Automated play: The use of bots, automated betting software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting bonus terms through minimal-risk betting strategies, or any systematic pattern of play that exploits promotional offers in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Software exploitation: Exploiting any software bug, error or vulnerability in TrueWin's platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to TrueWin support immediately and any winnings derived from it are forfeit.
• Money laundering: Using TrueWin to process funds derived from illegal activity. TrueWin complies with anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment credentials to make deposits. Any funds deposited via fraudulent means will be returned and the account permanently closed.
• Abuse of staff or other players: Threatening, harassing or abusing TrueWin staff or other players in any communication channel associated with TrueWin.

TrueWin is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. TrueWin provides the following responsible gaming tools as standard features available to every registered player:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set on any TrueWin account. Deposit limit increases take effect after a cooling-off period. Deposit limit decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss limits: Daily, weekly and monthly loss limits can be set to restrict the maximum amount that can be lost over the specified period.
• Session time limits: Automatic session reminders and session time limits can be configured to manage the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Players can voluntarily self-exclude from TrueWin for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed immediately. During a self-exclusion period, accounts cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

TrueWin may apply responsible gaming measures to any account if patterns of play give rise to concern, including without the account holder's request. TrueWin will notify the account holder of any such measures applied.

TrueWin collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on TrueWin you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

TrueWin does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is used for account management, payment processing, identity verification, responsible gaming obligations and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

TrueWin implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, TrueWin cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and you use the platform at your own risk in this respect.

All content on the TrueWin platform — including but not limited to the TrueWin brand, logo, website design, game content, graphics, text, software and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of TrueWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform or create derivative works from any TrueWin content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the TrueWin name, logo or brand in any way that suggests an endorsement, affiliation or partnership without prior written agreement.
• Screen capture, recording or broadcasting of TrueWin game sessions for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.

TrueWin provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While TrueWin works to ensure continuous availability, TrueWin does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruption, errors or technical failures at all times.

• TrueWin is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions, connectivity failures, game outages or other service disruptions beyond TrueWin's reasonable control.
• TrueWin is not responsible for any losses resulting from your use of the platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, which are your sole responsibility as a player making voluntary decisions about how and how much to wager.
• TrueWin's maximum liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits TrueWin's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Either you or TrueWin may terminate your account at any time.

TrueWin is committed to resolving player disputes and complaints fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about any aspect of TrueWin's service, please follow the process below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Contact TrueWin's customer support team at support@truewin.ws describing your complaint clearly. Include your account details, the date of the issue and any relevant transaction or game details. Support will aim to respond within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial support response, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a review by TrueWin's complaints management team at the same email address, clearly marking your message as an escalation. A formal response will be provided within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Final Decision: TrueWin's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements and bonus terms is final where the server-side records clearly support the outcome. Disputes relating to payment processing will be investigated with the relevant payment provider and resolved as promptly as possible.

During any open dispute, TrueWin may temporarily restrict account withdrawals pending the outcome of the investigation. This is a standard procedural measure and does not imply a finding against the player.

TrueWin reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, TrueWin will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The effective date of the most recent version of these terms is shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of TrueWin following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you must close your account before the new terms take effect.
